How much is shipping?
We offer USPS or UPS shipping for all orders. You will be given options during checkout depending on what level of service you have chosen.

Can you tell me about your privacy information?
At Soapylove we only collect information necessary to complete your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store credit card information. We will never sell or share your information. Scout's honor!
What are the ingredients in your Soapy Pops?
Coconut oil, palm oil, castor oil, safflower oil, glycerin, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, sorbitan oleate, soy bean protein, skin safe colorants, fragrance oils. All Soapylove Soapy Pops are SLS free and all fragrance oils are phthalate free.
How should I care for my soap?
To keep your Soapy Pop as nice as the day you got it, keep it out of direct sun and heat and let dry between uses. A soap dish is best since they allow air to circulate under the soap - otherwise if it sits in water then it gets mushy (like any soap does).
What is your return policy?
If your soap arrived damaged, please email us and we will send you a replacement. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns due to the sensitive nature of body products.
And the number one question we often hear:
Don't kids want to eat the soaps? Isn't that dangerous?
Sometimes, and no. Sometimes kids want to taste the soaps because they look like freezer pops. If they do, the soaps are totally harmless if swallowed. My recommendation is to explain to the child that it isn't food and they usually get it. For a great unbiased opinion about this, check out a Soapylove product review from The Mommy Insider!
